Hearing, reading the name Siófok, means different memories in everybody. Our town is not only a dynamic development, characterizes both vivacity and variegation. Neither the name is random: The name is not also a random: Siófok is the Capital of Summer. The most prominent personalities of our city’s cultural life are the composer Imre Kálmán and the sculptor Imre Varga. Paying tribute to The "King of Operettas", many events and programs enrich the city's cultural life. Our famous sculptor has many enchanting works in our town’s different points.
The determinants of Siófok’s cultural life are the varied events, festivals, which is organized by the city itself and the various associations for years and decades.

In our life plays an important role the maintenance and the preservation of the well-being, for which we are able to travel. The Bath Association of Siófok’s important program is the health tourism, whose plans include the preventive and therapeutic services market entry. Our aim is to turn a city into a flourishing health tourism centre, where the up-to-date, high-quality services serve the interests both of the citizens and the tourists. Siófok, as the fastest growing town in the region, recognized – among the first – the forces and the possibilities of the coalition. As a full-members of the European Community, the urban and the tourism development resources are avaliable only for projects, which is based on common professional alliance. It is the time, that the cityGovernment, the businessmen and the citizens take a dialogue with each other, make concrete plans for achieving their goals for the growth of the direct and the indirect touristical incomes. The Bath Association of Siófok provides the appropriate operational and organizational structure, and the Tourist Office Siófok became its work organization.
